Summaries of data obtained from 1630 patients seen at the OHSU Tinnitus Clinic between 29.Dec.1981 and 14.Aug.1994. Data Set 1 replicates the original collection of information in the Oregon Tinnitus Data Archive 95-01, together with some newly prepared data summaries for that same patient sample. In addition a number of stylistic changes have been implemented, including graphic displays for many of the data summaries.
