Summaries of data obtained from 873 consecutive patients seen at the OHSU Tinnitus Clinic between 29.Dec.1981 and 11.Apr.1989. (Note that this group of patients is a wholly-contained subset of the group of patients providing data for Data Set 1.) Because of the large size of this subset, these gender-based analyses constitute robust estimates of the gender-based characteristics of the overall Clinic population. (Some of these analyses were published in: Meikle & Griest, 1989).
